Spinach with Sesame

lactofermentation_probiotics_prebiotics
spinach with sesame by Karen Solomon

This spinach with sesame recipe isn’t exactly pickles or pickled, but it has an earthy, pungent aroma and is delicious. It is a Korean side dish called banchan and available on her website or in her book, Asian Pickles: Sweet, Sour, Salty, Cured and Fermented Preserves.

I bought the ebook first and then decided to go analog with the hardcover book… much better option…all the recipes are in one place! If interested, you can browse both the ebook and analog book before purchasing.

You can eat as a side dish or top a veggie, beef or any type of burger…really, really tasty!
